The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 28.8.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.18893/2021 (S-RES). 2. It is noted in the previous hearing (hearing held on 23.10.2025) that the order has been complied with and the only question to be examined is whether a complete report of the three man Committee (which was directed to be handed over to the complainant) was in fact handed over. 3. According to the complainant, only a four page report has been handed over and the same is incomplete. 4. This Court has been shown a copy of the said report, which is signed by only one Member. It is stated that although the report is signed by only one Member of the three man Committee, it is in fact on behalf of the entire committee and the names of the other Members of the Committee are mentioned at first page of the said report. In view of the above, we find that the copy of the report has been handed over to the complainant. 6. The complaint is, accordingly, closed. 7. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
