In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to accede to the request of the petitioner’s counsel seeking an accommodation. The conduct of the petitioner in not filing the statement of affairs and not presenting himself before the learned Master for adjudication of the Insolvency Petition brings this Court to the conclusion that the present application was filed only to defeat the rights of the creditors.
