None for the petitioner even on second call. 2. The learned APP has taken specific instructions in the matter. It is reported that the son of the petitioner i.e. one Sanjay Vishnu Chugh faced prosecution, in the context of FIR No.62 of 2017 registered at Vitthalwadi Police Station. 3. With passage of time, the son of the petitioner was acquitted, as per judgment and order dated 09.05.2024 passed by the Court of JMFC, Ulhasnagar, Thane. 4. Hence, we find that the first prayer in this petition is rendered infructuous. 5.
