1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
learned counsel for the State.
2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.1624 of 2025 pending on the file of learned SDJM, Dhenkanal, arising out of Dhenkanal Town P.S. Case No.799 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 69/351(3) BNS, 2023.

Learned counsel for the State opposes such prayer.
4. Taking into account the nature of allegations, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such
terms as deemed just and proper subject to verification of criminal antecedent.
5. If it comes to fore that the Petitioner has any criminal antecedent, this order shall not be given effect to.
6. It is further directed that Petitioner shall not in any way try to intimidate the Informant and his family.
7. It shall be open for the Informant/ prosecution to seek variance of this order in the event there is any threat perception.
8. Additionally, it is directed that Petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every three months on such date and time to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin till the submission of final form. Certification of such appearance shall be submitted to the Court in seisin.
9. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.
10. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of. U.C.C. as per rules.
