JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER This is a Writ Petition of 2022 which is filed questioning the order dated 14.03.2022 passed in M.C.No.15019/2020 by the Court of V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District at Devanahalli, whereby the Court had granted the maintenance of an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month from the date of application till disposal of the petition. No interim order is passed by this Court. When the matter came up before this Court on 22.07.2025, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for 'dismissal' today. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-persecution as well the petition is against an introductory order which is passed way back in the year 2022 and no stay is granted. Even the M.C. might have been disposed of and no further orders are - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:28072 WP No. 9321 of 2022 required to be passed. On both these grounds, the petition is dismissed.
