The objection/ counter affidavit filed by the State is taken on record. 4. It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondent-State that after investigation, the charge-sheet has been filed which has been reflected from para no.7 and 8 of the counter affidavit filed by the State. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the charge-sheet, he would challenge the charge-sheet in the appropriate proceedings before this Court. 6. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. 7. However, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet in appropriate proceedings in this Court, if so advised. 8. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
