P.S Case No. 134/2024, for the offence under sections 25 (1-B)a/26/35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M.,1st Class, Giridih. On 19.06.2024, Jamua (Nawdiha O.P.) police raided the house of Raj Kumar Verma and seized a loaded country made pistol. It was submitted that petitioner was neither arrested at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide B.A. No.10438 of 2024.
