Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- (I) “That an appropriate writ order or direction may very kindly be issued and as per sale certificate dated 21.01.2019 (Annexure P-2), the possession of the auctioned land may kindly be handed over to the petitioner and thereafter, the registration of the said property may also be directed to be done. (II) That the respondent Bank may kindly be directed to give interest @9% of the total sale consideration i.e. 90 lakhs rupees with effect from 31.12.2018 to till the possession is not handed over” 2 2. A perusal of the record of this case demonstrates that needful is being demanded by the petitioner has not been done on account of the pendency of CWP No. 767 of 2019. 3. In the light of the fact that this Court vide order of even date has dismissed CWP No. 767 of 2019, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that now let the possession of the auction land be handed over to the petitioner in terms of the sale certificate.
