Hence, the case. 3.This learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody from 07.11.2024 and there is no progress in the trial. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that it is the case of commercial quantity and the case against the petitioner attracts rigors of Section 37 of NDPS Act. He further submitted that the trial is also progressing in this case and the case is listed for examination of LW-1 on 30.09.2025.
