The petitioner, namely, (1) Nabajit Barman, son of late Jadab Barman, resident of village/P.O.-Amoni, P.S.- Belsor, Nalbari, Samota, District-Nalbari, Assam and (2) Semim Ahmed, son of Abdul Hamid, resident of village-Digheli, P.O-Bordhigeli, P.S.-Nalbari, District- Nalbari have filed this application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 seeking bail in Panbazar P.S. Case No. 48/2025 registered under Sections 61(2)/308(2)/316(2)/ 318(4) /3(5) of BNS, 2023 read with Section 92 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, wherein, they were arrested on 10.02.2025 and are in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioners, Ms. F. Hussain, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. Parashar, learned Addl. PP, Assam has no objection. 4.
