The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner hails from a poor background and therefore he is not able to mobilize the amount. Thus, he seeks for modification of the condition and a lesser amount be imposed. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court modifies the above conditions to effect that “the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) to the credit of the Cr.No.303 of 2025 before the said Court”. 4. With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
