Prohibition (Amendment) Act. 3) Case of the prosecutl'on in brief is that on o6.02.2025 at about 02.30 pm, on receipt of credible information about illegal possession and Preparation Of liquor, the S.I. of P & E of Devarapalli police station, along with staff, reached the coco gardens of K.Bulliabbyi, Kurukuru village, and found one person. On seeing police, said person tried to escape `from that place. Then police apprehended him and on interrogation, he disclosed his7didentity Particulars aS that Of accused nO.2 and police found 1100 liters of fermented jaggery wash at that place. He confessed that the said fermented jaggery wash belongs to the petitioner/Al and he works under-the petitioner.
