"Mr. Krishna Mohan Mishra, learned advocate, Additional Chief Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and draws attention to communication dated 12th June, 2025 informing petitioner result of consideration of her application dated 16th April, 2025, as made upon noticing petitioner and private respondent no.4." Drawing attention to copy of letter dated 12th June, 2025 disclosed at page-11 of the application he demonstrates, it was but a notice. There is error apparent in our order dated 14th July, 2025 disposing of the writ petition. It is recalled on review. The writ petition is restored to file and number for being listed as fresh.
