THIS CRP COMING BEFORE THE LOK ADALAT TODAY, ON BEING REFERRED BY THE COURT, E.S.INDIRESH J., PASSED THE FOLLOWING:-
- 3 - CONCILIATION ORDER
1. This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 28.02.2023 in S.C.No.1424/2017 on the file of the Small Causes Court at Bengaluru.
2. Petitioner and respondent are present.

Learned counsel representing the respondent is present.
4. The parties have filed the joint memo stating that the matter is settled and in terms of the joint memo the revision petition be disposed of.

Petitioner and respondent further submitted that the petitioner will satisfy the amount of Rs.1,35,000/- in seven monthly instalments towards which cheques have been handed-over to the respondent and the same has been referred to in the joint memo. Petitioner submitted that the three cheques mentioned in the joint memo have been rectified with respect to mentioning the dates in the cheques and the said cheques will be honoured upon presentation by the respondent as stated in the joint
- 4 - memo. Petitioner, undertook that, same will be rectified in the event of any discrepancy upon presentation.
6. Accordingly, the joint memo dated 13.12.2025 is hereby accepted and the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo.
