Cr. MP(M) No. 407 of 2025 The present application has been filed for condonation of 127 days’ delay in filing the present appeal. It has been asserted that Criminal Revision bearing No. 139 of 2023 was filed against the judgment, however, the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 06.08.2024 with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law. The Court has also ordered that the plea of limitation would not come in the way of the applicant/ appellant while pursuing the appropriate remedy. The appeal was filed on 09.08.2024, and the Registry has raised certain objections, which were removed on 23.09.2024. Therefore, it was prayed that, the delay of 127 days in filing the appeal may be condoned. Hence the present application. No reply has been filed. Heard. Since, the Court has already ordered that the Advocate had chosen a wrong Forum and the plea of limitation would not come in the way of the applicant/ appellant while pursuing appropriate remedy before the appropriate Forum, therefore, the delay of 127 days in filing the appeal is ordered to be condoned. Application stands disposed of. Cr.MP(M) No. 2038/ 2025 (Cr. MPMST No. 7186 of 2024) The delay in filing the appeal has been condoned, vide order passed in CrMP(M) No. 407 of 2025. It be registered. Notice. Mr. Divya Raj Singh, learned counsel for the respondent, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of respondent/accused. Copy of appeal be supplied within a week.
