The instant F.I.R. has been quashed on the basis of a compromise entered into between the parties on 17.01.2025, by today's order passed in CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. 59 of 2025 (Mohammad Farroque and Another vs. State of U.P. and Others), which has been allowed. Accordingly, this writ petition is also allowed, and the proceedings arising out of the impugned First Information Report dated 08.11.2022 are quashed. 4.
