It is jointly submitted that all these Petitioners would be, save and except, if there is any clause in the order dated 4th December 2025, which disqualifies any of these Petitioners, subjected to the same process which this Court has directed by appointing the Single Member Committee of Hon’ble Shri Justice Rajesh G. Ketkar (retired Judge of the Bombay High Court). Needless to state, all these Petitioners would, therefore, act in accordance with the terms of the final order. 3.
