Executive Engineer (l/c), working at Quality Control Division, Vijayawada, filed the above writ petition to declare the action of respondent authorities, in not considering his case for Adhoc promotion, due to the pendency of charge memo issued vide G.O.Rt.No.483 Water Resources (Vig.ll.(V&E) A.2) Department, dated 28.10.2019, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
