The Applicant is a permanent resident of Satara and is also gainfully employed as a driver in Satara. Moreover, the charges in the matter are not yet framed. In these circumstances, the interest of justice will be subserved if the Applicant is permitted to report to the Rahimatpur Police Station, Tq. Koregaon, Dist. Satara, which covers the residential address of the Applicant. 4. The Applicant is directed to report to the Rahimatpur Police Station in Satara on first Monday of every alternate month between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., during the pendency of the trial. 5.
