The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner seeks police protection to survey the property owned by the petitioner comprised in S.No.90/2C2 at Nediyam Village, Pallipattu Taluk, Thiruvallur District. Earlier, the petitioner obtained direction from this Court in W.P.No.21571 of 2024 by an order dated 05.08.2024 to survey the land on payment of requisite fees. When the revenue officials inspect the petitioner's land to survey, the counterparty objected to the survey. Therefore, petitioner has sought for police protection. 3.
