ORAL ORDER
Both the parties have entered into compromise. Basing on the compromise, the order was passed on 17.02.2024 by the I Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, and the said order is questioned before this Court.
2. On 09.04.2025, an interim order was passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court as follows:
"learned counsel for the petitioner contends that vide order dated 17.02.2024, the petitioner had agreed to pay 50% of educational expenses and 50% monthly maintenance. Therefore, there shall be stay and execution of order dated 17.02.2024 subject to condition that petitioner paying/depositing Rs.12,500/- per month as maintenance to the respondent and petitioner shall pay 50% of the educational expenses of the minor child directly to the school or to the account of the respondent or to the Court. She shall pay the amount as per the order dated 17.02.2024. If there is any arrears, the same shall be paid within two months from today.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the order, they have complied with the interim order.
Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has not complied with the consent order i.e. impugned order dated 17.02.2024. A memo is filed seeking withdrawal of the petition.
4. The memo is taken on record and the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Further, it is made clear that if the amount as per
order dated 17.02.2024 is not paid by the petitioner, it is for the respondent to execute the order.
