Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:121499 Court No. - 34 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 24004 of 2025 Petitioner :- Ram Chandra Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 5 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Mukesh Kumar Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Rohit Ranjan Agarwal,J. This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "i. issue a order or direction to direct the respondent No.3 i.e. Assistant Collector Mainpuri, District- Mainpuri to to decide the Declaratory Suit being Case No.73 of 1996-97 (Ram Chandra Vs. It is contended that declaratory suit bearing Case No.73 of 1996-97 is pending consideration before respondent no.3- Assistant Collector, Mainpuri. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the said case. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, or calling for counter affidavit, the matter is being disposed of, at the admission stage, with a direction upon respondent no.3- Assistant Collector, Mainpuri to decide the Case No.73 of 1996-97 filed under Section 59 of U.P. Tenancy Act, after hearing all the concerned parties, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid direction, present writ petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the case on merit.
