1. This review petition is filed seeking review of the

submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, awarded the compensation to the claimants for 'loss of dependency' Rs.35,98,080/-. Besides loss of dependency, Rs.1,60,000/- was awarded towards 'loss of consortium' and Rs.30,000/- towards 'conventional heads'. Therefore, there was an enhancement of Rs.4,81,344/- to the compensation awarded by the claim Tribunal.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that review applicants submit that, this Court has erred in considering the income of the deceased at Rs.16,858/- per month. The said income was considered on the basis of Ex.P-10 which was the Salary Certificate of the deceased for the month of May 2013. The petitioner has not placed anything on record, to dispute Ex.P-10 - salary certificate of the deceased.
3. Therefore, we do not find that this Court has committed an error of fact, law or jurisdiction while taking the monthly income of the deceased at Rs.16,858/- per

month. Hence, we find no substance in this review petition.
4. Therefore, we record that there is no error apparent on the basis of record which requires us to review the
judgment and
order dated 23.09.2021 passed in MFA.No.889/2020 connected with MFA.No.8844/2019 (MV). Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.
