This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.3 to return the possession of the land to the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents have submitted that a detailed eviction order under Sections 408A(2)(A) and 408A(2)(B), Sub-Section 2 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994 has been passed on 26.12.2025. It is further submitted that even representation dated 21.11.2025 has been considered by the respondents authorities and a detailed speaking order dated 12.12.2025 has also been passed, copies of both the said orders have been handed over to this Court during the course of arguments which are taken on record and marked as Mark “A” and Mark “B” and copies of the same have also been given to learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in the said circumstances, he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the order of eviction, in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
