JUSTICE B M SHYAM PRASAD ORAL ORDER The petitioner is aggrieved with the second respondent's decision to issue tender notification despite extension of the contractual period by a year and receipt of the fee therefor. Sri Nagendra Kumar K, the learned counsel for the petitioner, contends that the petitioner has invested substantially in purchasing fingerlings and in growing them in the subject tank. Sri Shamanth Naik, a learned High Court Government Pleader, who was called upon to accept notice for the respondents, while pointing out that the petitioner's remedy must be with the proper bench and not before this bench, submits on instructions that the petitioner's fears or apprehension of immediate action on tender is not well-founded because there is not going to be immediate action within the next seven days. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31889 WP No. 23255 of 2025 Taking on record Sri Shamanth Naik's submission as aforesaid on record, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate bench.
