The petitioner has sought for transfer of M.C.No.145/2022 pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gadag to the competent Family Court, Ankola. 3. Taking into consideration the fact that there are already two cases pending consideration between the parties before the Senior Civil Jude and JMFC, Ankola and the hardship that may be caused to the petitioner-wife to attend the Court proceedings at Gadag, I find force in the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-wife. The petition deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. 4.
