Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 9.5.2025 by which an application filed by the defendants under Order 9 Rule 13 has been allowed and the ex-parte decree has been set aside. Against the order impugned, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing a revision. 4. Since, the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. The present petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail the remedy as available to him under the law. 6.
