The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking direction to respondent- Tahsildar to consider the representations dated 06.09.2023 and 08.07.2025 produced at Annexures E and F respectively. 4. It is the case of the petitioner that, the land in question has been granted in favour of the father of the petitioner as per Annexure-B and thereafter, the respondent no.2, has issued notice to the petitioner as per Annexure-C to pay the kimmath in respect of the subject land. It is forthcoming from the writ papers that, the petitioner has also paid kimmath as sought for in Annexure-C. Thereafter, the petitioner has submitted representation dated 06.09.2023 as per Annexure-E and one more representation on 08.07.2025 as per Annexure-F, to respondent no.2, for issuance of saguvali chit. 5. In that view of the matter, respondent no.2 is directed to consider the representations dated 06.09.2023 and 08.07.2025 as per Annexures- E and F, in accordance with law - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:27419 WP No. 21376 of 2025 after taking into account the order dated 24.02.2025 in W.P.No.5341/2025 of this Court, wherein direction has been issued to respondent no.2 to issue saguvali chit, insofar as other identical grantees are concerned . 6. The entire exercise shall be made within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after verifying the records.
