Heard Shri Rajesh Yadav, learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel. 3. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioners want their claim to be considered by the competent authority taking one year training period towards the computation of service for the purpose of additional allowance. 4. It is submitted that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the Judgment of this Court in the case of Ghanshyam Tiwari and others v. State of U.P. and others passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 44330 of 2012. 5. On the contrary it is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that the case is distinguishable as per instructions. 6. Be that as it may since the mater is engaging the attention of the authority concerned upon representation made by the petitioners let it be decided in the first instance considering the authority cited by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the case of Ghanshyam Tiwari and others v. State of U.P. and others passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 44330 of 2012 7. Appropriate decision shall be taken by the authority within a maximum period of two months of the production of the certified copy of this order.
