His client is given opportunity of filing supplementary affidavit dealing with the documents and disclosing any other, if he so desires. The affidavit will be accepted on adjourned date upon advanced copy served." 2. Photocopy of the documents handed up by Mr. B.K.Singh Raghuvanshi, learned advocate appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 (BSNL) on 11th September, 2025 are made in the Court and handed over to Mr. Kumar. 3. Decision taken on the consideration be informed by said respondent to petitioner within three weeks thereof. 6. The writ petition is disposed of.
