The grievance of the petitioner -Cooperative Society, is that its initial bid amount of Rs. 11 lakhs deposited with the respondents in pursuance of an auction, which was subsequently cancelled, has not been refunded to the petitioner so far. The petitioner has made representation on 7.4.2025 to Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, Hamirpur for refund of said amount but no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to respondent no. 3 to refund the said amount. 2. Sri Rajeev Gupta, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that respondent no. 3 would take decision in respect of the prayer of the petitioner for refund of the amount. 3. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to take appropriate decision on the representation dated 7.4.2025 within four weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner. 4. The petitioner will file true attested copy of the instant order before respondent no. 3 within two weeks from today alongwith photocopy of the application dated 7.4.2025 with supporting documents. .
