Learned AGA takes notice for all the respondents.
Learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner was conferred occupancy rights by virtue of an
order passed by the Land Tribunal, Puttur on 27.02.1987 in respect of 0.56 guntas of land in Sy.No.221/1BP2, 0.05 guntas in Sy.No.221/3P2, 0.06 guntas in Sy.No.221/5B and 0.65 guntas in Sy.No.197/2AP1.
2. However Form No. 10 has not been issued and the name of the petitioner is not entered in the revenue records. In that view of the matter, a representation is given by the petitioner at Annexure ‘A’ to the Assistant

Commissioner, Puttur Taluk, seeking necessary directions to the Tahsildar.
3. The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3 – Tahsildar, Puttur Taluk, to verify from the records as to whether such an order was passed by the Land Tribunal in favour of the petitioner. If it is true that such an order granting occupancy rights was passed by the Land Tribunal in favour of the petitioner, the Tahsildar shall proceed to collect the kimmat and issue Form No.10 in favour of the petitioner and thereafter enter the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
