Tapan Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to examine and consider the representations dated 18-10-2023 and 01-10-2024 submitted by the petitioner and pass a speaking order within a stipulated time. [3] Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned Government Advocate for the State respondents, has no objection in passing an innocuous order and disposing of the writ petition. [4] Recording the submissions made at the Bar, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and pass an appropriate order to the aforesaid representations submitted by the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. [5] With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. [6] It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
