Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the Page No. 1 / 3 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Crl.O.P.No.20277 of 2025 respondents submitted that based on the complaint lodged by Pazhaniammal, Nallathambi, Thiyagarayamoorthi Perambalur, Gunasekaran and Soundarya Perambalur, summons have been issued to the petitioner and he did not stand up for the enquiry. The summons were issued to the petitioner and instead of appearing before the investigating officer for enquiry/investigation, the petitioner had approached this Court by filing this petition not to harass her. 3. There are no prima-facie materials to show that the respondents are harassing the petitioner without any valid reasons.
