Daily Lok Adalat Bench No.4 508 FAO-7612-2014 (O&M) Vinod Kumar Vs. Rajpal and others Present:- None for the appellant. Mr.R.C.Kapoor, Advocate with Ms.Anjana Mystry, Manager for the respondent-Insurance Company. *** A perusal of the previous orders passed in this case reveals that the matter was discussed with the counsel for both the parties on 27.02.2025 and it was observed that there were chances of settlement between the parties. However, on 06.03.2025, none appeared on behalf of the appellant and a notice was sent to him for personal appearance on 03.04.2025. Despite service of notice, neither the appellant nor the counsel appeared on that date. Today also, none is present on behalf of the appellant. Efforts to contact counsel for the appellant have also not been successful. In view of the above position, it appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal. Therefore, the present appeal stands disposed of and the file be consigned to the record room with liberty to get it revived as and when required. Copy of this order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties. MEENU KUMARI 2025.04.28 12:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment FAO-7612-2014 (O&M) -2- Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
