Narendar) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General, on instructions, submits that disputes, with regard to a property said to have been alienated by the petitioner, has arisen and, in that view of the matter, the parties are at loggerheads. That the second respondent has taken action to prevent any untoward incidents. 3. The 2nd respondent shall consider the instant petition as a representation and look into the matter 1 2025:UHC:4988-DB and, in the event, commission of any crime appears, then necessary action shall be taken by the 2nd respondent, otherwise, the 2nd respondent shall call the parties, counsel them and direct them to approach the competent civil court for appropriate reliefs. 4.
