The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Parsudih P.S. Case No. 137/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1206/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 274, 275, 292 & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 47(a) & 55 of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 10882/2024 vide order dated 03.01.2025. 4. On 09.10.2024, Parsudih Police, raided the house of the petitioner and seized 400 liters of liquors from there. 5. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2024. 6. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with Parsudih P.S.
