Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed as withdrawn. B.A. No. 3590 of 2025 Heard the parties 2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S. Case No. 23 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 341, 384, 385, 387 and 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Shri Rohit Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh. 3. On 03.02.2024, at about 07:30 p.m., the informant received an information that unknown criminals had come to his work place and stopped the work. The accused persons were demanding rangdari. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that no money was transferred to the accused person. 5. Mr. Rajesh Kumar, learned A.P.P. has submitted that the petitioner is an accused in several cases. 6. Considering the fact that there is no cogent material against the petitioner on the record, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Shri Rohit Kumar, learned J.M.F.C., Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda) P.S.
