The petitioner submitted an application before the third respondent seeking certain information. Since the third respondent failed to act upon the said application, the petitioner preferred a first appeal before the second respondent. As no action was taken on the first appeal, the petitioner thereafter filed a second appeal before the first respondent. 3. However, despite the said direction, the third respondent has not furnished the information to the petitioner. 4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to furnish the information sought by the petitioner in the application dated 26.06.2023, in compliance with the order dated 24.01.2024 passed by the first respondent in S.A. No.16751/C/2023, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
