This contempt petition is filed under Article 215 of the Constitution of India, read with section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. However, no individual has been arrayed as respondent in this Contempt Petition, rather, the State of Assam in Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Directorate of Land Records and Survey, The District Commissioner etc., are made parties without the person who are responsible for implementation of such order being arrayed. At this stage Dr. B N Gogoi, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file afresh. Prayer stands allowed.
