Heard Sri Atul Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant and learned standing counsel for opposite parties. 2. Today, learned standing counsel has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of compliance affidavit, he submitted that order of Writ Court has been complied with. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant disputed the same and submitted that till date, no payment has been made. 4. I have perused the order of Writ Court dated 03.04.2025 in which only direction to take reasoned decision and certainly Additional Chief Secretary vide order dated 16.09.2025 has taken reasoned decision rejecting the claim of applicant. 5. Under such facts of the case, no contempt is made out. 6. Accordingly, contempt application is dismissed.
