Singh, Advocates For the State : Mr. Bhola Nath Ojha, A.P.P -------- 02/ Dated 11.03.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sukhdeo Nagar P.S. Case No. 261 of 2024(N), corresponding to NDPS Case No. 124 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 15(c)/22 of NDPS Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (NDPS), Ranchi. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.12.2024 passed in B.A. No.6747 of 2024. On 18.05.2024 at 9.00 a.m Sukhdeo Nagar police on the basis of confidential information laid an ambush near Pahari Mandir, Purani Ranchi and intercepted a red color Baleno Car bearing Registration No.JH-08- 0455. Petitioner and other co-accused persons were found sitting in the said vehicle. On search 80kg of poppy husk was recovered from the said vehicle. Quantum of seized poppy husk comes within the purview of commercial quantity. The petitioner was sitting in the vehicle, from where poppy husk was recovered. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby, rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Anjali/-cp3
