Act, followed by imposition of sentence of one year imprisonment, with fine of Rs.9,00,000/-. Learned counsel for the appellant prays for withdrawal of the appeal being not maintainable before this Court, in order to file it before the appropriate appellate court. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
