The petitioner is aggrieved of the impugned endorsement at Annexure-A dated 01.02.2025, whereby the Tahasildar, Ramanagara Taluk, has rejected the request made by the petitioner to receive kimmat and to issue saguvali chit. 3. It is the contention of the petitioner that the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorised Occupation has passed an order recommending grant of land in favour - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30998 WP No. 19495 of 2025 of the petitioner and therefore the petitioner insisted that kimmat should be collected and saguvali chit should be issued to the petitioner. However, the Tahasildar, in the impugned endorsement has clearly stated that the Committee which met on 10.11.2017 considered the application filed by the petitioner and rejected the same and therefore the question of collecting kimmat from the petitioner would not arise. 4. Having regard to the rival contentions, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Tahasildar is required to furnish a copy of the order dated 10.11.2017, which would enable the petitioner to raise a challenge to the same in accordance with law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, with a direction to the respondent – Tahasildar, Ramanagara Taluk, to furnish a copy of the order dated 10.11.2017 passed by the Committee for Regularization of Unauthorised Occupation to the petitioner. The copy shall - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:30998 WP No. 19495 of 2025 be issued to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Liberty is also reserved to the petitioner to raise a challenge to the order passed by the Committee, in accordance with law. 5.
