The petitioner has approached this Court for the following reliefs:- (i) For directing the respondent authorities to make proper investigation of the Pirbahore P.S. Case No.423 of 2023, lodged under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act and Patna High Court CR. WJC No.128 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/2 also direction to the respondents to consider the protest petition filed in Pirbahore P.S. Case No.423 of 2023 which is still pending for consideration. (ii) For issuing direction upon the learned CJM, Patna to consider the case of the petitioner filed as Domestic Violation Case No.109 of 2023, against the respondents. (iii) For any other legal consequential benefits. 3. It appears that the protest petition of the petitioner is pending in the Court below. If the police submits final form after investigation then the Court below will consider the protest petition and if charge sheet is submitted, there is no need of con- sidering the protest petition. 4.
