Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C and 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad.

On 06.01.2025, Cyber Police, Dhanbad on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in Tapovan Colony, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended this petitioner alongwith co- accused persons. On search, several mobile phones are alleged to have been recovered from the place of occurrence.
4. It was submitted that no victim has turned up to claim that the petitioner had cheated anybody. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Pankaj Kumar Yadav and Krishna Dev Kumar have been granted bail by this Court earlier.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad in connection with Dhanbad Cyber P.S. Case No. 06 of 2025.
