Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3. By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. As per the instructions received by learned Standing Counsel through which it has been transpired that petitioner no. 2 is already married and as per the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, a person, who is having faith and believe in Hinduism, is not permitted to solemnize second marriage and as such no cause survive before petitioner nos. 1 and 2 for pursuing the instant petition and hence the prayer cannot be exceeded as mentioned in the instant petition. 5. In view thereof, present petition stands dismissed.
