Both counsel as well as both parties are present.
2. The revision petitioner has filed a memo as to the deposit of fine amount as per the judgment dated 29.10.2018 passed by the Court of LII Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bangalore (CCH-53) in Crl.Appeal No.397/2017 on different dates i.e., Rs.30,000/- on 21.04.2017, Rs.47,500/- on 02.05.2019 and Rs.77,500/- on 18.07.2025 in all, Rs.1,55,000/-. He also sentenced to pay a fine of Rs.1,90,000/-.

Learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the revision petition may be disposed of

in view of deposit of entire fine amount as per the order of the Appellate Court.
4. Submission of learned counsel for the revision petitioner is placed on record and in view of his submission, the criminal revision petition is disposed of.
5. Respondent is permitted to receive the amount in deposit as shown in the memo and the Trial Court is
directed to disburse the amount as per the order of the Appellate Court in favour of respondent on proper identification.
6. Registry is directed to send a copy of this order along with the records to the Trial Court for taking necessary action.
