1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he would feel satisfied if the respondents be directed to treat the instant petition as representation and take decision thereon within some reasonable time frame.
2. On the asking of the Court, Mr. A.R.Malik, learned Sr.AAG, has caused appearance on behalf of the respondents and submits that he is not averse to the disposal of the instant petition in the aforesaid manner. However, he further submits that the representation of the petitioners would be considered in accordance with law.
3. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is taken up for final disposal and is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the respondents, more particularly, respondents 4 and 5 to treat the instant petition as representation and take decision in this regard within a period of six weeks strictly under rules and as per the law from the date a copy of this Order and
writ petition along with Annexures enclosed thereto, are made available to the respondents. The decision which is likely to be taken on the representation shall be conveyed to the petitioners.
4. Disposed of in the aforesaid terms. .
