Heard learned counsel Mr. A.Chaudhury for the petitioner Jakir Hussain who has filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for pre-arrest bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Patharkandi P.S. Case No. 33/2025 under Section 316(5)/336(3)/340 of BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 2. The primary allegation brought against the present petitioner is that he has transferred an amount of Rs. 14 lakh to the bank account of the Construction Committee of MLA Development Fund without the knowledge of the BDO, Badarpur. 3. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. It appears that the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and has co-operated with the investigation. His statement has been recorded and he has not violated the bail condition. 5. Considering all the aspects, the interim bail granted to the petitioners on 19.02.2025 is hereby made absolute. 6. Send back the Case Diary. 7. The Anticipatory Bail application stands disposed of.
